Who we are and how to contact us
is a game published under the NEGRITO Games® brand. This policy explains how data is handled in the version of the game that works offline and on our informational website.

Data used within the game
You do not need to create an account or provide your name, identity document, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone to play. The game does not include advertising, purchases, advertising tracking or remote analytics in the version described by this policy.
Actions, scores, boards, preferences and performance statistics are processed on the device. Sort Gummies progress, Gummy Rush high scores and tutorials already viewed may be saved in the app's local storage. They are not automatically sent to NEGRITO Games® or to a game server.
Phone motion and vibration
MY GUMMY may use the phone's gravity and acceleration signals to move and deform the character. These signals are processed while that feature is in use and are not sent to NEGRITO Games® or stored as a movement history. You can disable the sensors in MY GUMMY Options.
The game may activate vibration in response to certain actions. You can disable it in Options. Vibration is not used to obtain information about you.
Diagnostic reports
Diagnostic features available in test versions may generate a local file containing gameplay and performance statistics. If you choose to copy a report, it is placed on the device's clipboard. It is not sent automatically.
If you later choose to share it by email or another method, sending it is your own action and the terms of your chosen service also apply. Review its contents before sending and avoid adding unnecessary personal information.
If you email us
If you contact us, we receive the email address you used, the message contents and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to handle your inquiry and, where appropriate, resolve game issues. We do not use them to send advertising without your permission, nor do we sell them.
The published contact address uses Gmail, a Google service. Google processes messages under that service's terms and privacy policy. We may retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry or meet applicable obligations. You can request its deletion by writing to the same email address; if there is a legal reason to retain part of it, we will let you know.
The website and external services
The informational website is prepared for hosting on GitHub Pages. GitHub states that it records visitors' IP addresses for security purposes. The domain uses Cloudflare for its DNS service. These providers may process the technical data needed to provide their services under their respective privacy policies.
Our website does not include registration forms, advertising, visitor analytics tools or tracking cookies added by NEGRITO Games®. Images and fonts are served from the website itself. If other services are added or the hosting configuration changes, we will update this information.
Google Play manages the game's download and distribution under its own terms and privacy policy. The information that Google Play processes on its own does not mean that NEGRITO Games® receives that data.
Children and families
is intended for children, teenagers and adults. The version described does not request personal data to play, offer chat between players or include advertising or in-game purchases.
If a child needs to contact us, we recommend doing so with help from a responsible adult and without sending unnecessary personal information. Parents or guardians can write to ask questions or request the deletion of information they have sent us.
Retention and deletion
The app's local data remains on the device until it is updated during use, the app's data is cleared in Android settings or the app is uninstalled. Clearing data deletes local progress and high scores; we do not hold a copy on a server that can restore them.
Game preferences and data are not included in an automatic Android backup requested by this version of the app. Reports you copy or share outside the app and emails you send are handled separately: deleting the game does not delete those copies. As there are no accounts within the game, there is no need to request the deletion of a player account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect actual changes to the game or its services. An intention to monetize in the future does not mean that this version already includes advertising or purchases. Before introducing services that change how data is processed, we will update the policy, Google Play declarations and any required notices or consents.
